About us

Tua Patente is a project by Luca La Barbera. Renewals, documents and everyday questions: practical answers for drivers in Italy.

We start with practical questions: which licence is required, how a procedure works, what a road sign means and how to behave behind the wheel. Each guide brings together explanations, examples and sources to consult.

The same author develops Quiz Patente Ufficiale, the app mentioned in our articles. App recommendations concern studying and reviewing theory. This site is independent of government ministries, the Italian Motor Vehicle Department, ACI and driving schools.
